Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule virtual sessions, please contact me or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify me without a 24 hour notice will cause you to forfeit your session and your payment. For in person groups, all sales and payments are final. If you do not attend a group, your payment is non-refundable. You may not transfer your paid spot to another person. Please note, in person groups are for adult women ages 18 and older.
